Believe it or not, some advertisers will use glue, shampoo or other inedible liquids to simulate milk for advertising that features products such as breakfast cereals. Apparently, the thickness of these stand-in liquids are more appealing to the eye due to the way they pour and their pure white appearance when compared to plain old milk.
