8. Fun With Fizz

As consumers, we’ve developed a set of very specific expectations through the years. One of those expectations is the sound of pressure being released when we open a bottle of soda. The ideal glass of soda should demonstrate that it is sufficiently carbonated with steady streams of tiny bubbles fizzling up from the bottom. Since soda cannot be expected to perform for the cameras like Tom Cruise, it often helps to add a little Alka Seltzer or similar antacid tablets to liven things up a bit. Adding a little soap for some extra froth is not out of the question either.
