If there was ever any doubt about the effect of the arts on real life, this next mission should help dispel them quickly. In 2007 a light saber used by Star Wars character “Luke Skywalker” was launched into space for its journey to the International Space Station. The launch was attended by both Chewbacca and R2D2.
