We’ve all heard about the enormous quantities of data that the spy agencies suck up and store for analysis at their convenience, but how many people are they actually watching? Snowden’s revelations put the number at around 117,000. That was data from April of 2013, so by now there are probably a lot more on “the list.” Should we assume that they are all people with confirmed ties to terrorists or other bad guys or might they be targeting your neighbor or even you?
