We all know that countries like Iran are not known as places where the citizenry are free to express themselves. Fearing that hairstyles like Mohawks, ponytails and the mullet were a sign of western influence, the rulers in Iran banned those hairstyles in 2010. Don’t tell anyone, but we kind of sympathize with their decision to ban mullets.
