The U.S. Government spent a whopping $1 million dollars for the creation of a “sculpture” outside the U.S. Embassy in London that appears to be little more than a neat pile of rocks. The artist responsible for the project must have come highly recommended! We wish they would have called us first, we would have done it for half that price and covered our own travel expenses!
